The hotel is located in a thrilling place close to the park, with exciting amenities for children. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and stayed true to the theme, although there might be queues at peak times. The staff was super friendly and helpful, making our stay pleasant.

The hotel is set in a lovely spot within the park, with bright and spacious rooms for four people. However, my experience was marred by key card issues, making this stay a bit of a headache.

The hotel had a kitchen which was a nice touch, but the rooms are in need of a renovation as they felt tired. The service left a lot to be desired, especially regarding eco-friendly policies, with no attempt to rectify time wasted. The location was fantastic, just a 5-minute walk from the park. Dining was satisfactory but lacked variety at dinner service. The separate dining experience in another hotel was interesting. Overall, the hotel offers a convenient location with room for improvement in service and room conditions.

Close proximity to Port Aventura Park explained the property rules, but dining options were below average despite varied choices.

I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The separate building with its own reception and breakfast place was a unique touch.
